PROVIDENCIALES, Turks and Caicos Islands (CMC) — Residents of the Turks and Caicos Islands shall be heading to the polls in a common election on February 19.

The announcement was made late Saturday by Premier Sharlene Cartwright-Robinson throughout a rally right here.
