The Top 14 match between Racing 92 and La Rochelle, scheduled for Saturday, has been postponed following a positive Covid-19 case at the latter club, with two other players also showing symptoms.
La Rochelle said a decision was taken with the LNR, the body that runs professional rugby in France, to re-test the entire team on Friday.
The squad has been put into isolation while awaiting those test results, which can take 24 hours, meaning Saturday’s prestigious away clash against Racing has been postponed to a date yet to be confirmed.
