NY Haiti Benefit Auction is on! Aug. 8 only, at new location – News – The Chronicle Express

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual New York Haiti Benefit Auction  will be held Aug. 8 for one day only at a new location:

The Abe Martin farm 

4071 State Route 14A

Geneva, NY 14456


The day’s events are:

Breakfast, 6 – 9 a.m.

Lunch, 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

• Auctions begin 8 a.m.

– Furniture, 9:30 a.m.

– Quilts, 10 a.m.

– Large Items, 1:30 p.m.


Remember, face masks are required and you should practice social distancing.

In past years, the Haiti Benefit Auction has raised hundreds of thousand of dollars. 

“As an organization, we know to the dollar where our funds are going and what they are used for,” says Eli Riehl. In 2013, he was one of several delegates who traveled to Haiti to see the work being done: schools, clinics, churches, housing, food programs, teacher and leadership training programs. “The list goes on and on,” he adds.
