Rihanna Finally Addresses Pregnancy Rumors, “God’s Plan”

Published

on

Rihanna has finally addressed the pregnancy rumors directly in a new interview.

For months if not years, Rihanna has been plagued with pregnancy rumors, but we’ve to see any real signs of a growing baby bump or any confirmation directly from her about this topic. Last month, the Bajan pop star again was at the center of more pregnancy rumors when some of her fans started commenting on a video from her Diamond Ball that allegedly shows her baby bump.

Rihanna seems like she is enjoying all the chatters about her being pregnant. In an interview in Vogue’s Go Ask Anna with Anna Wintour, RiRi addressed the rumors, sort of. “I don’t think about stuff like that, but, I don’t know, God’s plan,” she said while laughing.

“I look forward to all the pregnancy rumors after this interview,” RiRi added.

One thing I should point out is that Rihanna did not show her belly for the entire interview, so perhaps she is trolling us again, or maybe she is hiding something and leaving it for us to speculate. After all, it’s more free publicity for her, and it’s one of those harmless publicity that is only more beneficial to her brand. For the rest of the week, you can look out for the headlines with two words, “Rihanna Pregnant.”

Rihanna isn’t just a hugely talented singer and performer; she is also a savvy businesswoman now which explains her whopping $600 million net worth, making her the richest woman in music currently.

In the interview, Rihanna also spoke about a number of topics including designing her own wedding dress, playing the villain in a movie, and her pending new album. We still don’t have a release date for the new project, which is rumored to be releasing sometime this fall.

Tahiry Jose Responds To Backlash From Love & Hip Hop NY Fans

Published

By

Tahiry Jose has stepped forward to addressed backlash she’s been getting from Love and Hip Hop New York fans.

One of the major storylines on this season of Love and Hip Hop New York is the “love triangle” between Cyn Santana, Joe Budden, and Tahiry Jose. Tahiry is an OG cast member and former long term girlfriend who famously turned down Joe’s marriage proposal in Times Square. Cyn and Joe Budden were engaged for about a year before calling it off due to alleged infidelity. The two also share a two-year-old son together.

Tahiry and Cyn have been butting heads on this season of LHHNY over their respective relationships with Joe, and they both seem to be in some sort of competition to be “THE ex.” In a recent episode, the two had yet another sit-down conversation about the issues between them, which seem to be centered around Joe. Keep in mind that neither woman is currently having a romantic relationship with him, so they say.

Cyn Santana shared that she was uncomfortable with the way Tahiry comes at her “Spicy”, and says that she should have more respect for their situation because she is the mother of his child and ex-fiance. However, Tahiry openly questioned if Joe was being honest with Cyn about how often she and Joe talk. She said, “I’m sure he is trying to protect your feelings because I don’t think he’s being honest with you about certain things.”

After the episode aired fans on Twitter were not feeling some of the things that Tahiry had to say and felt that she was being messy for the TV cameras. One fan said, “It seems like tahiry just want to feel she’s ‘the ex’ that has control over Joe. She’s missing that Joe and cyn have a child which trumps anything Joe and tahiry had in the the past.”

Lil Wayne Had DaBaby & Young Thug Collabs On “Funeral” Album

Published

on

By

Lil Wayne has a collaboration with DaBaby and Lil Wayne sitting on a hard drive in Young Money’s office.

Lil Wayne’s new album “Funeral” had features from two of the hottest rappers right now, so why haven’t we heard them? Mack Maine explained in a new interview what happened to two collaborations for Wayne’s album that never made it out. According to the Young Money President, Wayne has a song with Charlotte rapper DaBaby as well as his once labelmate Young Thug.

Thugger and Weezy have had their differences in the past, but it seems that they’ve both moved past that, according to Maine. DaBaby, who is one of the hottest rappers in the game currently, is also a fan of Lil Wayne’s talent, and the feeling is mutual Maine says.

“We had one with DaBaby, but we had some clearance issues. They should still be collabing soon, whether it’s on Wayne or DaBaby’s next album,” Mack Maine told Complex. “DaBaby always gives Wayne his props in different interviews, saying how he influenced him coming up. And Wayne actually fucks with his flow too. So that was organic. And we had one with Thug. It’s a beast. Thug wanted to do something fresh because he did his vocals in 2017, so he felt like his vocals were a little too old.”

Even though the tracks never made it to Funeral’s final tracklist, Mack Maine says we might still hear them in the future. “Hopefully, one day, we could figure it out,” Maine contines. “I’ll figure it out, holler at Thug and his people, and figure out a way that it could still be heard. It’s a monster.”

The label executive then explained the process of choosing what collaboration records make the album. “And that’s usually how it goes,” the label head added

Now that fans know that a song with Lil Wayne and Young Thug exists, they will be clamoring to get a taste of the unexpected collaboration. The DaBaby record is also expected to be certified fire, and we hope that clearance for the Grammy-nominated rapper’s vocals will come through soon. It looks like Lil Wayne currently has some gems in storage.

Lil Baby Denies Cheating On Jayda Cheaves With Alexis Skyy

Published

Lil Baby wants no part of the beef between his girlfriend Jayda and Alexis Skyy.

All hell broke loose on Saturday when Alexis Skyy and Ari Fletcher started beefing on Twitter. But things turned for the worst very quickly and Lil Baby’s baby mama Jayda Cheaves, as well as, Fetty Wap’s baby mama Masika Kalysha, got involved. According to Alexis, the feud started because she went and got her nails done, but I figured it’s much bigger than that. These females don’t like each other for years in the industry, and it appears that things are just reaching a boiling point.

Alexis Skyy and Masika have been sworn enemy for years, mostly due to them sharing the same baby daddy, Fetty Wap, but it’s starting to make sense why Skyy and Jayda have a mutual disdain for each other. During their heated exchanged this weekend, Skyy claimed that she and Lil Baby had a thing going on, forcing the rapper to addressed the accusations.

NBA YoungBoy Will Be One Of The Geatest Rappers, Says Birdman

Published

on

By

Birdman just gave NBA YoungBoy his lifetime stamp of approval.

NBA YoungBoy has been on top of his game over the last year and pretty much dominated most of the platforms throughout 2019. While the 20-year-old rapper often pays homage to some legends in the game who are also veterans, there is one who is returning the praise and even projecting that YoungBoy will be great for a very long time.

Birdman stopped by Complex’s Everyday Struggle for an interview with DJ Akademiks and company. The Cash Money CEO talked about being a mentor to Young Thug for years and expecting a lot from him. In the same breath, Birdman also acknowledged NBA YoungBoy and the potential he sees in him. “I think NBA YoungBoy gon’ be one of the biggest artists that we done ever seen,” the music producer said in the interview. “I think he gon’ be real big.”

Birdman

According to Birdman, he has a great relationship with the famous Young Money trio, but he also has a special relationship with Thugger, who he says really picked his brain and learned a lot from him. Birdman says he cares to give rappers who look up to him the tools they need to be self-sufficient so they can make their own, and that includes YoungBoy.

“It ain’t always about money. Money ain’t good sometimes,” Birdman said when asked about Young Thug’s label not being a subsidiary of Cash Money. “I ain’t tryna ever make no money off him. I want to help him and show him how to do it so he can help everything that’s around him. Same thing with NBA, same thing with my lil nephew Nino. That’s what this sh*t is about is reproducing bruh,” he continued. “Back in the day all we had was school and sports. Now we have music to get a n***a out the ghetto.”

NBA YoungBoy’s achievements are not going unnoticed. The rapper was dubbed King of YouTube for surpassing every other rapper for most views in the U.S. YoungBoy Never Broke Again is also one of the top-selling rappers in the U.S. for all of last year, only third to Post Malone and Drake in that order.

Birdman is considered an expert in the industry, so his word certainly carries more weight than a grain of salt.

Eminem Speak On Whether He’s The King Of Hip Hop & If He’s A Guest In The Genre

Published

on

By

Eminem says he’s absolutely a guest in hip hop, but here’s also what he said about being called a king in the genre.

Eminem recently released his album Music To Be Murdered By and it brought up a conversation that he further highlighted in a skit called “Perspective” on Royce da 5’9″ new album “The Allegory.” It’s often said that white rappers are guests in hip-hop. Based on Eminem’s incredible talent, legend status, and veteran form, it’s easy to wonder what his thoughts are on the topic.

During the interview, Em was asked about the issue, and he addressed it head-on. “That’s the funny thing,” he replied. “I don’t know if I got a chance to say this yet. But the funny sh*t is, with the whole beef with a certain person… I never said I wasn’t a guest,” he continued. “Like, I’m absolutely a guest. I never said I wasn’t. And I never said I was king of anything, right?”

Eminem went on to explain that he not only never claimed the title, but he also doesn’t even care to. “I had a song called ‘Kings Never Die’ but that was the concept of the song. I’m like, ‘I can’t say I’m the king of Hip Hop,’ so I threw Run-DMC in there, Jam Master Jay… I don’t want to be the king of Hip Hop. Who the f**k is the king of Hip Hop? Is there a king of Hip Hop?”

According to Eminem, it’s also a bit hard to gauge because what you’d expect the criteria to be is often denounced. “People say, ‘Just because you sell the most records doesn’t mean you’re the best. Just because you can rap 40 million syllables doesn’t mean you’re the best.’ Like I care more about rhyming the syllables. You know what I’m saying, I care more about the craft than any of the other stuff.”

Eminem’s work is definitely a reflection of his keen attention to his craft. The prolific rapper is undoubtedly one of the best rappers of all time, and he displays it on every track. Do you think Eminem is a guest in hip-hop?
