KINGSTON, Jamaica — Wilford “Billy” Heaven was a short while ago (Thursday, Feb 28, 2019)  re-elected president of the Jamaica Cricket Association (JCA) after beating one of his former lieutenants Mark Neita, 62-37.

Heaven’s success in the election exercise hosted at Medallion Hall Hotel, hands him a third-consecutive two-year stint as local head of cricket.

Neita was Heaven’s second vice-president during the previous administration.

Thursday’s election formed part of the JCA’s annual general meeting.
